STATEMENT TO OSLO STOCK EXCHANGE
Through its subsidiary TTS Ships Equipment GmbH (TTS) in Bremen, Germany, TTS Marine ASA has landed a contract worth approximately NOK 54m for the delivery of ships equipment for four ships. The delivery will take place for two vessels in 2005 and two vessels in 2006.
The contract with HDW, Kiel, Germany concerns hatch covers to four container vessels of 2,500 TEU each. The deliveries include the construction and supply of complete hatch cover systems. The contact is one of the biggest orders for TTS Ships Equipment GmbH.
