As of 1 May 2006, Stellan Bernsro (45) has been appointed divisional director of the Dry Cargo Handling division. On 1 September 2005, Bernsro succeeded Göran K. Johansson (62) as managing director of TTS Ships Equipment AB, while Mr Johansson was appointed divisional director of the Port and Material Handling division.
Bernsro is trained as a naval officer and holds a degree in civil engineering. He started working for TTS Ships Equipment AB in 1996. He has previously worked for AGA, Black & Decker and Metalock, and held the position of assistant managing director of TTS Ships Equipment AB for 2 years before assuming the position of director.
Following this appointment, the Dry Cargo Handling and Port and Material Handling divisions are managed from Gothenburg in Sweden, Marine Cranes is managed from Norway by Ivar K. Hanson (41), while Deck Machinery is managed from Germany by Edgar Bethmann (49).
